为深入推进苏豪控股集团全球化战略布局，强化境外业务法律风险防范能力，现公开招募专业律所，组建“境外业务领域律师库”，为集团在亚洲、欧洲、非洲、美洲、大洋洲等地区的投资、贸易、项目合作等业务提供优质法律服务支持。具体事项通知如下：
一、申报条件
（一）地域范围：亚洲、欧洲、非洲、美洲、大洋洲具备合法执业资质，熟悉当地法律法规及政策环境。（注：每家律所最多申请5个国家（地区）
（二）资质条件
执业资质：律所成立年限不低于5年，具备所在国家/地区的律师执业资格，须拥有良好声誉及丰富的国际业务经验，并在至少3个国家（地区）设立分支机构。申报入库的律所需明确一位负责人，联系对接相关工作。
专业领域：重点覆盖跨境投资并购、国际贸易、工程建设、能源资源、金融合规、争议解决（诉讼/仲裁）、知识产权、税务规划等领域。
语言能力：精通英语或所在国官方语言，具备双语工作能力者优先。
信誉要求：无重大执业违规记录，未被行业监管机构处罚。
二、申报需提交的材料
1.《江苏省苏豪控股集团有限公司律师事务所入库申请书》（见附件1）；
2.《服务承诺函》（见附件2）；
3.律师事务所简介（基本情况、业务擅长领域、竞争优势和荣誉等）；
4.有效的律师事务所执业证明文件复印件；
5.律所曾获荣誉证明材料；
6.在对应国家（地区）设有分支机构的证明文件。
三、申报流程及时间
1.请参加本次申报工作的律所按照本通知第一条、第二条要求汇总申报材料（中文及英文版本），并将纸质材料统一报送至控股集团风控法律部，地址：江苏省南京市软件大道21号苏豪控股集团北园F栋5楼风控法律部，电子资料同步发送至邮箱：xiett@meetsoho.cn。

Open Recruitment Notice for Professional Law Firms in Overseas Business Fields
To law firms,
To further advance JIANGSU SOHO HOLDINGS GROUP’s global strategic development and enhance legal risk management capabilities for overseas operations, we hereby announce the open recruitment of professional law firms to establish an "Overseas Business Legal Services Pool". This initiative aims to provide high-quality legal support for the Group’s investments, trade activities, and project collaborations in regions including Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas and Oceania. Details are as follows:
I.Eligibility Criteria
1.Geographic Scope
Law firms must be legally registered and operational in the following regions:
Asia
Europe
Africa
The Americas
Oceania
(Note: Each law firm may apply for a maximum of 5 countries (regions).)
2.Qualification Requirements
Practicing credentials:
Minimum 5 years of establishment.
Valid legal practicing license in the host country/region.
Demonstrated reputation and extensive experience in international legal services.
Must have branch offices in at least 3 countries.
Designate a primary contact for coordination with the Group.
Specialized Fields:
Key practice areas include:
Cross-borderinvestment and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
International trade
Engineering and construction
Energy and natural resources
Financial compliance
Dispute resolution (litigation/arbitration)
Intellectual property
Tax planning
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English or the official language of the host country.
Bilingual capability is preferred.
Reputation:
No record of major professional misconduct
No penalties imposed by regulatory authorities.
